thirsty machines
The machines will drink your water
just to piss out wine on paupers
and the rich will treat you kindly
and their butlers give you water
and the nanny teaches English
and the pool boy keeps a secret
all the children laugh at Hitler
and the car can drive itself
More subscriptions means more weapons
more encroachment on their land
But the water tastes like sugar
and the kids that died deserved it
it’s not bad to own a phone
and if you do, then don’t complain
when the batteries are empty
you will not know how to live
the machines are getting thirsty,
like the nukes who failed to stop
as the milk is slowly poisoned
now there’s plastic in my balls
and the “tea” was quite regressive
spread the word by punching down
all the cities feel much safer
once the poor are put in prisons
they should build another palace
public housing looks dystopian
I need access to that ballroom
But I’ll never pay to piss
